This enrollment is for Knowledge Base only. Knowledge Base access is required to apply for additional services such as FraudNet, OpsNet, File Tracker and Token Requester Management Portal.

If you already have access to Knowledge Base and require additional services, please click the "Back" button below and login to Knowledge Base with your user id and password. Locate the "Request Additional Services" button on the right side of the home page, and click it to apply.

Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base is your single source for GNS information including operations, marketing and partner relations and is the gateway to all GNS Services such as FraudNet, OpsNet, File Tracker and Token Requester Management Portal. To request access to Knowledge Base, you are required to complete the enrollment process.

Please complete the enrollment steps through the confirmation page. All requests for access will be processed within 3 business days by GNS User Services.

Create User ID and Password

  • 5 to 20 characters - at least one letter
  • No spaces or special characters (e.g., &, >, *, $, @)
  • Passwords must match
  • Must contain 8 to 20 characters, including one letter and number
  • Your new password cannot have any spaces and will not be case sensitive
  • May include the following characters: %, &, _, ?, #, =, -
  • Be different from your User ID and your last 4 passwords
  • 2 to 32 characters
  • No special characters (e.g.,&,>,*,$,@ )
