본 이용약관은 대한민국의 법을 따릅니다
Discount Coupon Terms & Conditions:
1. Use either of the following coupons between 12:01 am Korea time on 12 December 2016 and 11:59pm Korea time on 11 January 2017 both dates inclusive, (“Promotion Period”), when you book through http://kr.hotels.com/amex and pay with an eligible American Express Card to get the following discounts (the “Discounts”) off the price of the first room of your booking at a participating hotel:
(a) AMEX10 to get 10% off; or
(b) AMEX12 to get 12% off with a minimum spend of 300,000 KRW
2. An eligible American Express Card means any card bearing the names, logos or service marks of American Express or its affiliates which are issued by American Express’ licensees in Korea.
3. A participating hotel is any hotel not in the list set out at http://kr.hotels.com/page/ko-hotel-exclusions/?pos=HCOM_KR&locale=ko. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. The Promotion is only applicable for a stay completed between 12 December 2016 and 31 March 2017 (both dates inclusive).
5. You must pay for your stay when you make the booking. The Discounts only apply to the first room of the booking. You will need to pay the full price for any other rooms. The coupon does not apply to any taxes, fees or additional costs, and you will need to pay full price for any other rooms in the booking. Additional charges including, without limitation, extra guests, phone calls, cancellation fees, parking, or other charges must be paid when you make your booking or directly at the hotel and are your responsibility.
6. Bookings are subject to availability.
7. The coupons cannot be used for:
(a) Package bookings i.e. hotel + flight
(b) Bookings made through Group Travel Services
(c) Bookings paid for in a currency other than KRW
(d) Bookings made prior to or after the Promotion Period
8. You can only use either coupon for a maximum of five bookings per coupon. You will be deemed to have used the coupon once on a booking once a qualifying booking has been made. After five bookings on a coupon, you will not be able to use the coupon again, even if you cancel one or more of those bookings.
9. The coupons are only valid for the first 2500 bookings made by all customers using the coupons. You will be able to check if the coupon is still available for use before completing a booking. You can only use up to one coupon per booking.
10. A coupon can be combined with discounted prices on Hotels.com. It cannot however be used in conjunction with any other coupons.
11. You cannot collect or redeem Hotels.com™ Rewards nights when you use this coupon.
12. You cannot redeem this coupon for cash, and it cannot be transferred or sold. It’s void where prohibited by law. Improper use of the coupon by you is prohibited and could be construed as fraud. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time with justifiable cause and to cancel any bookings made where the coupon has been used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent bookings or any bookings in anticipation of demand.
13. Usual booking terms and conditions apply (see https://www.hotels.com/customer_care/terms_conditions.html). In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in respect of matters relating to the Promotion.
14. Hotels.com shall be solely responsible for the fulfilment of the Discounts and all relevant privileges.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
